Yeng-Chieh Tsai

Dr. Yeng-Chieh Tsai graduated from the Department of Agricultural Chemistry at National Taiwan University. He holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering and a Ph.D. in Energy and Environmental Policy from the University of Delaware. Dr. Tsai has served as a postdoctoral research fellow at the Third Sector Research Center of National Chengchi University, a postdoctoral research fellow in the Department of Land Economics, and the Secretary-General of the Taiwan Radiation Safety Promotion Association. His work has involved assisting households affected by radiation contamination, land expropriation, and local revitalization projects. His recent research focuses on land development, nuclear power politics, net-zero policies, policy communication, and sustainable development.
