Ines Chung

Ines Chung is a Senior Analyst with the Economic Security Research Program at DSET. Her research focuses on the intersection of semiconductor supply chains, industrial policy, economic security, and geopolitics, with particular attention to regional production networks, export controls, and critical technology governance. Before joining DSET, she worked with U.S.-based research institutions and data analytics firms on projects related to economic sanctions, supply chain risk, maritime governance, and forced labor, gaining extensive experience in cross-border policy research and open-source intelligence analysis. Ines holds an M.A. in International Development Studies from George Washington University and a B.A. in Diplomacy from National Chengchi University.
