Ai-Tong (Éli) CHEN is a Policy Analyst and International Communications Manager at DSET. She specialises in international public relations and media communication strategies, and also contributes to policy research and event planning.
With experience in cross-border event organisation, brand and public diplomacy marketing, she has led marketing and consultancy projects in both the UK and Taiwan. She is dedicated to enhancing the visibility of Taiwan’s policy initiatives in the international public sphere.
Her previous roles span startups and marketing consultancy firms, with expertise in social media management and content strategy. She holds an MSc in Marketing from the University of Bath and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Humanities and Social Sciences and in Communication and Technology from National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University.
