Chih-Yu Tsou is a non-resident research fellow in the Data Team at DSET and a PhD student in Economics at University College London (UCL). His research interests include industrial policy, its effectiveness and distributional implications, and the international mobility and development of skilled talent. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Hong Kong and a master’s degree in Economics from Stockholm University.
