Dr. Ching-Yi Liu is a professor at the Graduate Institute of National Development at National Taiwan University. She also holds a Joint Appointment Research Professor at the Institutum Iurisprudentiae, Academia Sinica. Her areas of expertise include Constitutional Law, Information Law and Policy, Technology Law and Policy, Freedom of Press and Communication Law, Human Rights Law, and Legal Theory.
