Elizabeth (Lizzie) Frost currently serves as a Policy Analyst in the Energy Security and Climate Resilience Research Program at DSET. Originally from the UK, Elizabeth holds a MSc from National Taiwan University’s International Program in Climate Change and Sustainable Development. Her Master’s thesis explored international perceptions of Taiwan’s climate diplomacy.
She also holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Sustainability in Energy Provision and Demand Management from the Centre for Alternative Technology, and a BA in Chinese and International Relations from SOAS, University of London. Her work has previously been published in The Diplomat, Taiwan Insight, and CommonWealth Magazine.
