Dr. Fang-Shii Ning is a Professor in the Department of Land Economics at National Chengchi University. Research expertise includes global navigation satellite systems, geodesy, spatial information, hydrography, and military administration. He is responsible for Spatial Information, Land Management, National Defense, and Security Science and Technology in the DSET.
