Academic Background: Dr. Lai Chun-Kuei previously served as a DAAD-NSC program visiting scholar, a visiting scholar at the Free University of Berlin, and a lecturer at the Technical University of Berlin. Conducted a series of government-funded projects, including the National Science Council’s project on Environmental Governance and Local Economy: Research on Wind Power in China, the New Energy and Social Development Research Project in China, and the Ministry of Education’s Yushan Project.
