Jim Hsu-Sung Wu is a Policy Analyst of the National Security Program at DSET. His professional background spans international organization management, cross-disciplinary innovation, and policy communication. Prior to joining DSET, he worked at the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom Global Innovation Hub in Taipei, contributing to communication strategy and project execution across the Hub’s digital transformation and innovation for democracy initiatives. He has extensive experience as an interpreter and coordinator for local government bodies, NGOs, and diplomatic delegations, facilitating international exchange and cross-cultural communication across public and private sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Languages and Literatures from National Tsing Hua University.
