Dr. Roger Chifeng Liu currently serves as the chief executive officer and senior researcher at DSET. Roger formerly held the position of Associate Professor in International Politics within the Department of Social Sciences at FLAME University, India. He is also the founding chair of the Centre for South and Southeast Asia Studies at FLAME University. Dr. Liu’s scholarly pursuits encompass a range of topics such as political geography/geopolitics, the interplay of geopolitics and technology, armed conflicts, dynamics of major power politics, Indo-Pacific regional politics, and India-China and India-Taiwan relations. His expertise is further amplified by his extensive collaborations with renowned think tanks both in India and abroad. These collaborations include engagements with the Observer Research Foundation (ORF), the National Maritime Foundation (NMF), the Institute of Chinese Studies in Delhi (ICS), and the Taiwan-Asia Exchange Foundation (TAEF).
