Rui-Fu Xu is an Adjunct Research Fellow in the National Security Research Program at the Research Institute for Democracy, Society, and Emerging Technology (DSET). Previously, he served as a Legislative Assistant for the Foreign and National Defense Committee of the Legislative Yuan. He is also a Ph.D. candidate at the Graduate Institute of Communication Engineering (GICE) at National Taiwan University (NTU), specializing in multiferroic antennas and antenna miniaturization. His research interest includes enhancing communication resilience in wartime through satellite communications.
