Yeh-Chung Lu is a Professor of Diplomacy and Vice Dean of the College of International Affairs at National Chengchi University (NCCU) in Taipei, Taiwan, where he previously served as Department Chair.
His extensive experience includes participation in the U.S. Department of State’s International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) and visiting scholar positions at the Henry L. Stimson Center and the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars, both in Washington, D.C. From 2015 to 2021, and again from October 2024, he served as Vice President of the Taiwan Foundation for Democracy (TFD), a prominent Taiwanese think tank focused on public engagement and policy analysis. He also served as President of the Association of International Relations in Taiwan from 2021 to 2023.
