Wei-Lin Chen works on group disparities in public policy practices. He is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the New Zealand Work Research Institute (NZWRI) at Auckland University of Technology. His current research projects study (1) racial disparities of traffic stops in the U.S., (2) group disparities in the performance of a poverty-targeting algorithm adopted by the Indonesian government.
